All Good Things

Footage of the last Space Shuttle launch ever, at about 0330 NZT this morning.

Any likelyhood that the US has an extra Shuttle stashed away in a Military hanger that hasn't seen the light of day? Too expensive?

Not that the white world knows about, but even in the black world I would doubt it. The infrastructure would be practically impossible to hide, and a launch itself absolutely impossible to hide.
On the other hand, while NASA hasn't got a shuttle replacement ready to go, the military who put a few secret payloads aboard it have been thinking about it at least. The x-37 has flown at least once, and still has a lot of secrets attached. What has been revealed makes it a very interesting looking platform.
