To be fair (and maybe somehow you know this already) I should explain that 'as' is often used colloquially after words in NZ for emphasis (like using 'very' in front of a word), e.g. 'It's hot as today', or 'the music was loud as' etc. The most well known example of this is a satire some Australians did a couple of years ago (ps we don't all talk like this!): http://nationaltrust.org.nz/beached-whale-nz/ We've also turned 'Sweet' into 'Sweet as' with the same meaning (although the local origin for the phrase may be different).
The graffitied extra 'S' just makes it even more spesh.
